Leonardo DiCaprio suing 'Oops French gossip mag for claiming he is having a baby with Rihanna,and also he doesn't want the child

Leonardo DiCaprio is said to be suing a French gossip magazine called 'Oops! for alleging that he's having a baby with Rihanna and he does not want the child.
Leonardo DiCaprio is demanding the magazine retracts the story and pays him the maximum compensation French law allows, which would amount to $20,000 in damages plus legal fees,according to Gossip Cop, who claim they have exclusive court documents filed by Leo's lawyers in a French court.
Gossip Cop also reports that Leo is  demanding that the French magazine be fined about $15,000 if they fail to apologize to him or print a retraction.

 Leonardo DiCaprio is said to become aware of the magazine's report after sighting it in France on his visit for the Cannes Film Festival last month. The story was published on May 13th with the title ''Rihanna Pregnant With Leonardo's Baby: He Doesn't Want The Baby'.
When Frederic Truskolaski,the owner of the magazine was reached by the  Gossip Cop he said he was shocked that Leo would even bother to sue over the story. "Why would he do this?". He said they weren't sure the story was true but since others had carried something similar, they decided to run with theirs.
    "We didn't know if Rihanna was pregnant but 'thought she might be. We were not sure, of course'. He added that he knew they won't win the case but he knows the fine won't be much 'Usually you lose. [The fine] won't be much.'
According to Gossip Cop,Leonardo is not just suing because of the report , he is also suing because his pictures  used violate France's strict right to privacy laws. The case will be heard at a Paris court on June 16.
